Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection:
- Promote IMAPAC's open positions through various channels, including advertisements, social media, and personal headhunting.
- Plan and conduct university career fairs and advertise through college graduate career websites to attract qualified fresh graduates
- Conduct initial screening and first-round interviews to identify qualified candidates based on their production records and fit for the role.
- Administer necessary assessments, including IQ tests, personality tests, and background checks, before candidates meet with hiring managers or general managers.
- Ensure all pre-screening processes are completed within three (3) days to streamline the hiring process.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to present only the most qualified candidates, saving time and enhancing the selection process.
Onboarding & Establishment:
- Develop and implement induction plans prior to new employees’ start dates.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process, ensuring new hires are set up for success from day one.
- Oversee the execution of the induction program, ensuring new employees receive appropriate training and mentorship from designated managers or trainers.
- Monitor the progress of new hires during their probationary period, ensuring they meet performance standards and are fully integrated into their roles by the end of their probation.
Ethics & Compliance:
- Monitor and track employee performance statistics on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure compliance and productivity across the team.
- Enforce adherence to reporting procedures; ensure that all staff submit accurate and timely performance statistics.
- Collaborate with managers to apply appropriate conditions for employees, based on performance tracking.
- Manage disciplinary actions for underperforming employees or those violating company policies (e.g., lateness, poor productivity, or misconduct).
- Ensure that disciplinary processes are completed effectively and that corrective actions result in improved performance, productivity, and adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and disciplinary management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to assess candidates effectively and build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility in maintaining compliance and workplace ethics.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
