Job Description
We are in search of a driven Delegate Sales Executive who will play a crucial role in expanding both attendee numbers and revenue within our conference portfolio. As an integral part of our conference team, your responsibilities will include creating databases for conferences, pinpointing the most suitable contacts, and proactively reaching out to them to promote delegate participation. Your role will also involve thorough research and internal collaboration to identify the individuals and organizations that would benefit from attending the conference, ensuring their engagement through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Delegate sales experience or a strong track record of achieving successful results
- Master the art of selling delegate tickets, refining your techniques to achieve exceptional results.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to thrive in a result-driven environment
- Keeping our sales pipeline documents current for reporting purposes and providing accurate weekly and monthly business reports are essential tasks.
- Additionally, you'll play a role in handling delegate inquiries, upselling other conferences or seminars when appropriate, and staying informed about IMAPAC products
- Engage in high-stakes discussions with CEOs, Vice Presidents, and senior decision-makers, aligning their business objectives with the immense benefits of attending our conferences.
- Immerse yourself in the heart of our project team, collaborating to shape the year's most impactful business

- Assist the Sales Manager in establishing a Sales strategy/development plan.
- Participate in the staff development programme within IMAPACs framework

- Research, analyse, identify/capitalise new market opportunities and drive delegate sales in the respective region
